   2.    Ilmu Hukum dengan kekhususan di bidang Hukum Internasional, Hukum Bisnis, Hukum Perdata, Hukum Tata Negara, atau Hukum Administrasi Negara.
   3.    Ilmu Ekonomi (Jurusan Studi Pembangunan) .
   4.    Sastra/Ilmu Pengetahuan Budaya (Arab, China, Inggris, Indonesia, Jepang, Perancis, Rusia, dan Spanyol).
   5.    Teknik Informatika.

   b. Lulusan Perguruan Tinggi Negeri, Perguruan Tinggi Swasta atau Perguruan Tinggi Luar Negeri yang terakreditasi oleh Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi, dengan persyaratan IPK :                

    *    Sarjana (S1) minimal 2,75 (dua koma tujuh lima);
    *    Magister (S2) minimal 3,00 (tiga koma nol nol); dan
    *    Doktor (S3) minimal 3,00 (tiga koma nol nol).

   c. Menguasai bahasa Inggris dengan baik (lisan dan tulisan) dan/atau bahasa Persatuan Bangsa-Bangsa (PBB)/asing lainnya (Arab, China, Jepang, Perancis, Rusia, dan Spanyol).
   d. Berusia maksimum:   

    *     28 tahun pada tanggal 1 Desember 2009 (lahir setelah 30 November 1981) untuk tingkat Sarjana (S1).

QUANTITY SURVEYOR STRUCTURAL 

 

Requirements;

1.       5+ years experience in progress measurement, tracking installed quantities, interpreting construction drawings, and invoicing based on unit rates as a constructing job site.

2.       Good knowledge of project progress measurement software applications as well as Microsoft Office products.

 

Responsibilities;

1.       Ensures activities during assigned project execution are consistently performed in compliance with the established procedures.

2.       Responsible for structural quantity surveying deliverables being prepared correctly as required by the contract and internal requirements.

3.       Progressively re-measure the unit rate scope based on design and fabrication documents.

4.       Conduct site measures as required, and take-offs from drawings leading to the preparation of bill of quantities

5.       Maintain database of the bills of estimated quantities and comprehensive and accurate files, logs and records.

6.       Review the feasibility of the contract schedule of unit rates.

7.       Estimating "star rates' for work items not included in the contract schedule of rates.

8.       Interfacing with the client quantity surveying representative with regards to agreements to measured quantities and associated estimated values of work completed.

9.       Maintains a close working relationship with Batam project engineering, the detailing office, the MTO group and other fabrication departments as required, in order to retrieve and maintain accurate records of the latest updated drawing and MTO data.

10.   Provide variance analysis (including quantity analysis, man hour analysis and re-measurement analysis) and recommends corrective actions for deviations from plan or budget.

11.   Assist in the preparation of the final project close-out report.

12.   Mentor & guide quantity surveying personnel on a daily basis.
